Due to the nature of the CloudPage software, we may not be able to control the activation or deactivation of a license remotely. In this case, it is not possible to "return" the software once the order is accomplished and the product is downloaded or installed and ensure that the license is no longer used. Therefore, we generally do not provide refunds as a safeguard to prevent unauthorized use of licenses. This is a similar policy to many other non-activated software products.

SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU (NOT CloudPage) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.
